Lili is eclectic and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing, Play/Theraplay, and psychoeducation to individuals. Lili’s approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for therapy and believes in working in partnership with clients, utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. She also realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s qualities to build resilience.

Services can include children, adolescents, individual, couples, family and group therapy with a focus on but not limited to: Anxiety Disorders, Physical, Sexual, Emotional Abuse; and Anger and Stress Management. Lili is trained in CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, behavior modification, mindfulness, and EMDR.

Lili is invested in an approach emphasizing a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health. She is particularly concerned with the impact of loss and trauma and improving intervention to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical and relationship health. She challenges people so they learn hope and free to experience change.
