Welcome to the new path you have chosen on your mental health journey. I would be honored to be a guide and advocate as you start on this road less traveled. Anxiety, depression, and trauma, if left unexamined and unprocessed, can take on lives of their own and negatively affect our ability to live more fulfilling lives.

I like to support clients through the lens of their Brain/Body/Mind/Spirit. I find that when we allow ourselves to discover our authentic selves through the interaction of the four, it can be a transformative and liberating experience. I have benefited from that kind of growth and I would be humbled and honored to support you on that journey.

It is ever, ever important to be an ally and advocate for my clients. To me, this means creating a safe, caring, and accepting space to develop a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I use several modalities to guide and support my clients to heal and grow including being an advanced-trained, Certified Brainspotting therapist, EMDR Trained, and utilizing Neurophysiological Psychoeducation, Polyvagal Theory, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am trauma-informed and a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ folks.

I am excited to get started and help you heal, grow, transform, and thrive as you travel down this new, exciting life path. Welcome!
