I work with teenagers, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and women’s issues. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, emotional overwhelm, burnout, identity shifts, or feeling “stuck,” we’ll work together to help you regain a sense of clarity, confidence, and control.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I don’t just listen—I help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, and give you tools that you can actually use in daily life. Together, we’ll gently challenge patterns that aren’t serving you, while building skills that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and present.
If you’re struggling with OCD or anxiety, I incorporate evidence-based approaches to help you break free from cycles of fear, avoidance, and mental exhaustion. For trauma, we move at your pace—creating safety first, then working toward healing in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
